We aim to have your body free of painful trigger points at completion of the first Treatment Plan, so your body can perform as you would like, with a minimum of discomfort or restriction. According to Medibank: "Remedial massage is the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management. ... A remedial therapist must have knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology to determine where to treat patients." Our Remedial Therapists all hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage or higher qualification and are committed to ongoing professional development.
Myofascial Release Technique
We use this massage technique for help with muscle pain, improving range of motion and also nerve pain. Despite being firmly applied, myofascial release technique usually feels soothing and relaxing.
